The biggest and best thing to happen in Nelson for decades is now open.
Pendle's multi-million pound Arts, Culture and Enterprise (ACE) Centre1 in Cross Street was officially opened on Monday June 8.
Along with Number One Market Street, the ACE Centre is the start of a long and ambitious programme of regeneration works in Nelson.
It adds another huge asset which is helping to transform the town.
It's not just a new building; it's a venue with a difference, with something for everyone.
And literally topping it all off on the third and fourth floors is the Enterprise Centre.
This has 32 managed workspaces of varying sizes which are top quality, light, airy and spacious.
They will help local businesses develop and expand - creating new jobs and bringing more life to the town centre.
All this was made possible following the creation of an innovative partnership between Pendle Council and Barnfield Construction Limited, known as PEARL, which owns the building2.
It has also been funded by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), via Pendle Partnership, and the No Limits programme which supports enterprises across Pennine Lancashire.
Brian Cookson, Executive Director (Regeneration) for Pendle Council, said: "The offices all have stunning views and provide a fantastic opportunity for businesses which want to expand.
"It's really important that we can help local businesses, particularly during this difficult financial time.
"That's why we're providing high quality offices which are excellent value for money."
PEARL has appointed a property management company called Hamill Investments Ltd which is run by Chris and Simon Neill.
Chris said: "We're proud and excited to be appointed and look forward to working with the business community in Pendle.
"The offices are available on totally flexible terms and have great subsidies which mean we can offer market beating rates.
"Not only are new businesses eligible to benefit from this but we're encouraging established companies to take a look.
"They may be surprised at how much their fixed costs could be reduced by relocating to the Enterprise Centre."
